Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot confirm the order with you.
- Please provide a correct phone number and full address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
- For JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer, your order is confirmed after we receive the payment.
- Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may have conditions (minimum order, expiry date).
Products
We try to show product colours and details as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Misuse
Fake orders, repeated order refusals or abusive behaviour may lead to future orders being blocked.
